Employee Involvement

Aspire program seeks to unleash the creative potential of all its employees through a combination of the best practices and improvement methodologies. This can be achieved by active participation, which is ensured through organizational target setting for divisions, departments and cascaded to the individual officers. Involvement of shop floor employees is encouraged through small group activities like Daily Management, TPM and Quality Circles (SGA Circles), Suggestion Management, Knowledge Manthan and Self-Initiated Projects.  A well established reward and recognition system is in place to recognize individuals and groups in different forums for increasing employee morale.
