  • Our effort of integrating improvement initiatives of Tata Steel under ASPIRE continues with focus on 3 Ts (TQM, TOC and Technology) : ASPIRE T3. A communication program for front line employees about ASPIRE T3 was undertaken in Q1 FY '08. More than 7000 Jamshedpur based employees were covered under the program.

    Further this program will cover employees in Raw Material and Marketing & Sales area. Daily Management, based on Total Quality Management (TQM) principles, has now covered 64 departments of Tata Steel where this initiative is helping in reducing process variability and improving product/ service quality.
