Philosophy

This philosophy is based on the belief that what we think, we become. There is no limit to aspirations and therefore there is no limit to improvement.
The four-fold path, which is adopted to fill the chasm between ambition and resources are:

  • Aspiration rather than current capability driven pursuit of excellence
  • Accelerate the pace of improvement by creating necessary skills
  • Harness the intellectual and emotional energy of all employees
  • Cultural change to drive the behavioral aspects of managing growth

The philosophy revolves around creating an urgency (Aspiration, which is not based on current capabilities), effective communication to garner Determination of employees, building team, empowering action and organizing other resources (Mustering Resources) like improvement tools, capital etc., as required. Creating initial small successes (Achievement) to facilitate momentum (give Self Confidence) to ASPIRE for more and thereby rotating the virtuous cycle of ASPIRE.
