ASPIRE has become Tata Steel’s brand for improvement through involvement of its employees. On 1st of Nov, 2006 Tata Steel re-dedicated itself to ASPIRE with the objective of emphasizing the role of improvement initiatives in Tata Steel’s ever growing aspirations with focus on TOC, TQM & Technology.

The ASPIRE T3 focuses on motivating the employees in using TOC (Theory of Constraints), TQM (Total Quality Management), and Technology thus taking the company towards global excellence.
While TOC is primarily being applied to improve service quality for our customers, TQM is focusing on improving the consistency and capability of our process to deliver superior quality products. Through Technology focus we want to improve our capability for New Product and Process development. |
